So many vegetables!

This heat and rain have moved things along surprisingly fast. Strawberries and peas are peaking so do not wait to get them. Carrots, cucumbers, colorful beets, and summer squash are flying out of the stand, but if you like to cook with fennel, bok choy and herbs, we have them, too. Cauliflower is in. If you have never tried it fresh from the garden, raw, you should. It is nothing like the winter crops and actually quite sweet.

Our vine ripened tomatoes are loving the heat and are so flavorful, just like you picked them from your own garden.
