Since 1980, growing produce with top flavor and quality has always been our number one priority. With this in mind, we grow a wide variety of fruits and vegetables local to our agricultural location. As the season changes, even as quickly as a matter of days, we hope you will visit us often so you can experience the wide variety of fruits and vegetables being harvested in each month. Prior to the explosion of Spring and the opening our farm stands, we usually sell asparagus, radishes and early greens from of our greenhouses.

Our produce grows both in the fields and under greenhouse warmth; however, all of our crops have their feet firmly planted in the Vermont soil. We harvest everything by hand, taking gentle care and making sure the fruit is ripe and ready to be eaten! We start to harvest our earliest greenhouse tomatoes in June, welcoming a wonderful compliment to the variety of available salad crops. Then next comes the strawberries, ripening in mid to late June; they're such a colorful way to announce the first days of summer! At just about the same time we harvest sweet peas each morning. Around then, late June and July, it seems almost daily a new crop ripens…. beet greens, new potatoes, scallions, squash, zucchini, cucumbers, cilantro, broccoli.  

Then comes the time for green beans and sweet corn, and the farm stands are just overflowing with produce!
