Our sweet corn.

We grow seven varieties of corn, each with its own harvest time and flavor profile.

To control earworms, we use just one organic spray: Dipel. We never use herbicides, fungicides, or broad-spectrum pesticides, and we never plant GMO corn seed.

Without herbicides, we control weeds through careful cultivation with specialized tractor equipment and hand weeding. This is a labor-intensive approach that sets us apart among Upper Valley corn growers, especially as we work to harvest fresh corn every day for nearly three months.

We harvest corn every day, so you’re most likely to find corn at our farm stands that was picked that very same day.
